When utilizing the Monitoring or Review Response service with Respage you may notice not all reviews made on review sites such as Google and Yelp appear in your dashboard. To import reviews made on these sites, we use the provided API from these services. The API does not ensure that 100% of reviews made are transmitted.
In the case of Google, the API sends the top five most meaningful and useful reviews. These are the reviews that will appear at the top of the page using the default, most helpful sort when looking at the reviews on Google Maps.
We cannot guarantee we will receive all the reviews made on these sites, but the reviews we do receive are the most relevant reviews.
