While it is possible, we strongly encourage properties to use a traditional, multi-page site versus a one-page site. With one-page sites, you can only optimize for one keyword (and close variations thereof).

Even if a one-page site appears to have more than one page by having navigation at the top and suppressing the other content when you click those options, you can still only optimize for one keyword and Google only recognizes one page. This greatly limits the ability to rank well in search engines.

There are some tactics your web developer may be able to use, including pagination and anchor tags, which you should consult with them about. But again, we strongly recommend a traditional multi-page site over a one-page site for SEO effectiveness.
