How do residents make a reservation? 

Residents have a number of options to reserve amenities:

  • The Respage Chatbot - Can be accessed on the property website and includes a Current Resident button for residents to click and reserve (see screenshot below for accessing embed code on our dashboard)

  • Property website can also include a button called Amenity Scheduling

    • Directions can be found here

  • A sign can be posted at amenity entrances with a QR code that takes residents to amenity scheduling (see screenshot below for accessing QR code in our dashboard)

  • Office staff can email or post the link that takes residents to amenity scheduling (see screenshot below for accessing URL link in our dashboard)




Which reservation settings does office staff have control over?

The amenity setup process includes options your office staff can configure for each amenity: 

  • Hours of operation

  • Size of time slot 

  • Max capacity

  • How far in advance residents can schedule


Can a resident cancel their reservation?

Yes they can.

Can office staff access calendars for each amenity?

Yes. The calendar for each amenity is available for viewing in the Admin Dashboard.


What if I don't have my Chatbot connected to a Property Management System?

We will not be able to verify that the person scheduling time at your amenity is an actual resident.
