Residents can join a waitlist for your amenities.
The waitlist time is displayed in red, but the resident can choose that time and be added to a waitlist.
They will be taken to a verification screen letting them know they're on the waitlist.

If a spot becomes available, the resident will be emailed letting them know. They will get an email (and push notification if they downloaded the ResConnected App) 10 minutes before the reservations, 10 minutes before the end of their reservation and if they decide to cancel.

You can turn on waitlist in your amenity settings:

If a resident is on the waitlist for an amenity it will show in your calendar view like below:
