Respage has been approved for use by Yardi and other mutual clients on Voyager 7S with the following plug-in versions:

  • Interfaces Plug-in v20
  • Service Requests Plug-in v13
  • Common Data Plug-in v16.1
  • ILS Guest Card Plug-in v18

If you are a Respage client, properly licensed for and using Voyager 7S and would like to add Respage as a vendor in the next general Interfaces Plug-in release (Interfaces Service Request Plug-in v16), please contact Yardi technical support to request that the add-on package be manually added to the qualified vendor lists in Voyager. Note that no add-on package(s) will be required after you install the updated Interfaces Plug-in release(s).

Finally, if you have questions about compatibility between their Voyager 7S or other Yardi software and your product or service, contact a Yardi account manager directly.

Next steps:
1. Clients can confirm that (Vendor) is a fully qualified standard interface vendor by viewing the Available Interface Vendor List_Client.xlsx on Client Central.
2. Clients must enter a case in Client Central to have the (Vendor) vendor add-on package loaded into their database.
3. Clients can review/download the (Interface Type) Interface Setup Guide posted on Client Central for detailed information on how to configure the interface.
4. If Clients need additional assistance with configuration, their Yardi account manager or core support team can help.
5. Clients will provide you with the following access information: Voyager URL, Interface Username and Password, Database Name, and Server name (always the same as the database name)
6. Respage Surveys-Maintenance pulls additional configuration data using the web methods (GetVersion, GetPropertyConfiguration, etc.)

 Important Additional Information:

  • You must be and remain in good standing for mutual clients to have continuing access to your qualified products or services. Generally, this means staying in compliance with the DX Agreement, the SIPP, and any other applicable policies and procedures.
  • If a client’s Yardi software is not compatible with your qualified product or service, your product or service may not be available to them—such as clients with a Yardi software version that vendors can no longer test and qualify for (such as Voyager 6.08x), or clients who license Yardi software that simply does not support interfaces (such as Yardi Breeze), etc. Client questions about whether their Voyager software is compatible with your product or service should be directed by the client to a Yardi account manager.
  • If you should need any assistance with general interface questions or client-specific issues, please submit a case through SIPP Central.
