Residents receive a "Were you happy with your reservation"
If Resident selects unhappy (red) or neutral (yellow) they will be asked to provide feedback that we collect on a resident profile.
If a resident selects green they are taken right to the "Thank You" screen, if a Resident selects red or yellow they will be asked for feedback then taken to this "Thank You" screen.
This sentiment is collected and will be seen on future reporting in our dashboard.
